Creating a journal for a woman in my community  I enjoy making these journals so much for myself I’ve started making them for others. They’re customizable for your unique needs. This woman wanted to work in the area of her finances and health so I’ve included some worksheets that will help her start her journey with new habit trackers, budget planners, and weight management worksheets. There are spaces to journal and spark creativity within yourself. I make minis, half size, full size and large tablet size workbooks and journals. Made by hand and made with love.

The World Needs Who You Were Made to Be.

The World Needs Who You Were Made to Be. In a world that often tells us who we should be, it's vital to remember that your true essence is needed now more than ever. The journal spread I created today embodies this message with vivid greens and reds, symbolizing growth and passion.  Two plus-size women, confident and beautiful, stand as the focal point of these pages, surrounded by a floral backdrop adorned with red sparkling jewels and flower embellishments. These images are framed with care, a reminder that our unique beauty deserves to be celebrated and highlighted.  As you look at this spread, take a moment to reflect on the spaces left for your words. What makes you, “you”? What parts of yourself have you hidden away, thinking they weren’t enough? The world doesn’t need another copy of someone else; it needs the authentic you, in all your glory. Let your journaling today be a declaration of self-acceptance.  Write down the qualities that make you irreplaceable. Embrace the bea

Self-Expression Journaling with Girls Inc of Jacksonville

Self-Expression Journaling with Girls Inc of Jacksonville On Tuesday June 11th I traveled back to my hometown Jacksonville Florida to journal with the young ladies of girls Inc. of Jacksonville. But we didn’t do the normal journaling we enjoyed creating junk journals. Expressive Journaling is another term for junk journaling. It involves creating beautiful craft like pages that are self-expressions. Creating these journals was the perfect excuse to visit my favorite sunflower Tiffney Funches. She is the Program Manager for Girls Inc of Jax and this summer she’s coordinated a summer camp that I wish I could attend because the activities are thoughtful and fun. This two-week camp is free to the community and involves leadership, hygiene, and self-confidence building skills. Spots are already filled but you should definitely connect for next year or future camps.

Reasons to Love Your Body

Reasons to Love Your Body A sure way to tell if you love yourself is by the way you take care of yourself.  Taking care of yourself does not mean having the most expensive wardrobe or and extensive self-care routine.  It's about recognizing that you are valuable enough to pay attention to every part of you.   That means making sure that your hair is clean and maintained well.  It means making sure that your wardrobe represents you in the best light because your wardrobe does indeed give others an idea of who you are as a person. They way you look on the outside is your mirror image to how you feel about yourself. Clothing can significantly impact our mood and self-perception. Wearing clothes that we love and feel comfortable in can boost our confidence and reduce stress. On the other hand, ill-fitting or uncomfortable clothing can negatively affect our mood and self-esteem. A mental health wardrobe is essential because it helps create a positive daily experience, fostering a sense
